At Allegion, innovation is powered by collaboration. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE initiatives across the EMEIA region.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to bring innovative products and business improvements to life.


What You'll Do

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE projects across EMEIA, ensuring achievement of business, cost, quality, and timing objectives.
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment on project priorities.
  • Drive problem-solving activities and facilitate decision-making to overcome project challenges and roadblocks.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver project status presentations, highlighting progress, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management practices and execution processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of business functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Availability to travel occasionally (up to 5%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • Formal Project Management training.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Experience managing New Product Development projects within a manufacturing environment.
