Your role at Baxter
The Collections and Disputes Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic execution of collection operations within the Order to Cash (O2C) process. This position involves coordinating a team of supervisors and/or experienced analysts to ensure alignment with company goals related to DSO, past due percentage, and bad debt. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Credit, Disputes, Cash Applications, and Sales to implement standard methodologies, optimize processes, and deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership, analytical thinking, and business insight to improve performance and champion continuous improvement across various countries or business units!
