HRBP Manager

About the Role

The HR Business Partner Manager partners with leaders and employees to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. You will help shape people strategies that support both business objectives and employee experience, while ensuring HR practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational values.

Working closely with site and functional leaders, you will provide guidance across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, organizational change, and leadership support. You will also manage and support one HR Advisor, helping to build capability and deliver a consistent HR service across the business.

How You Will Contribute

• Partner with site and functional leaders to understand business priorities and provide people-focused HR support and guidance.
• Lead the delivery of key HR initiatives and programs, ensuring a consistent employee experience across the operation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning, and development activities to help attract, retain, and grow talent.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and support the application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives that support individual and team growth.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and customer or audit requirements.
• Partner with employee representative bodies and external workforce providers where applicable.
• Oversee HR reporting, systems, and budgets to support effective HR operations.
• Coach and support one HR Advisor, fostering their development and contribution to the wider HR team.
• Promote employee engagement, well-being, communication, and inclusion initiatives across the business.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar HR role supporting operational or business teams.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience using HR systems and workforce data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or another operational environment would be beneficial.
