Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll work closely with builders, architects, designers, specifiers, and contractors to generate new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
✅ Developing and managing key customer relationships
✅ Identifying and securing new business opportunities
✅ Driving product specification and project opportunities
✅ Managing tenders, RFQs, quotations, and sales enquiries
✅ Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
✅ Creating project-specific strategies that deliver commercial outcomes
✅ Promoting the INNOVA brand across the construction and design industry
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
✔ Experience in sales within the building and construction industry
✔ Strong business development capability and a proven track record of growth
✔ Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers
✔ Knowledge of construction materials and the building process
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Strong organisational and time management abilities
