We are looking to expand our dynamic service team and are seeking a dedicated Service Technician (m/f/d) for our Sales & Service Center Middle East , available to start immediately or by individual agreement. Function: Technician Apply
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our customers’ laundry equipment across the Middle East. In an evolving industry, you will play a key role in delivering smart solutions for spotless linen .

Installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of our machines and systems, including service and maintenance
Telephone support and close collaboration with the in-house service team
Completed training as a mechatronics technician or a similar profession
Solid knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and programming
Experience with installation and maintenance of complete systems
Good English skills, both spoken and written
Valid driver’s license (car)
Knowledge of PC and control technology
Friendly and team-oriented personality
Flexible working approach, including occasional weekends
Customer-focused, independent, and responsible mindset
