Join our International R&D Trainee Program and become part of an innovative team shaping the future of (sweet) bakery.
Our two-year trainee program is designed for early-career professionals with a technical background in food technology and strong growth potential. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and prepare for a future role as a Junior Technologist within our organization.
Location: Based in Poland with occasional travel to other LLBG sites across Europe (up to twice per month, max. 3 days per trip).
Structure: A series of diverse assignments across product categories and projects
The function
Throughout the program, you will work on project-based assignments that drive business impact and foster your professional growth:
Product Expertise: Explore our key product groups: Bakery, Sweet On-The-Go, Viennoiserie, and Savory
Technical Skills: Gain in-depth knowledge of LLBG products, industrial lines, Technologist tools, and NPD processes
Project Management: Lead and support projects, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across international teams & sites
Professional Development: Enhance skills in communication, training, and international collaboration
Competencies
Degree in Food Technology or related field
Ideally, a first experience in the food industry
Strong understanding of English
Attitude
Passion for food and innovation
Eagerness to learn and grow
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and independence
Willingness to travel within Europe
