Wir suchen für unser Team einenSchichtleiter Produktion (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

• Aufbau sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Schichtteams

• Sicherstellung der mengen- und termingerechten Belieferung der Kunden

• Zuständig für den effizienten Ablauf der Warenein- und ausgänge

• Ansprechpartner der Speditionen/Dienstleister

• Sicherstellung der Produktionsversorgung im Sinne der Kundenanforderungen

• taktgerechtes Verarbeiten bzw. Fertigen der Bauteile bzw. Baugruppen inkl. Werkerselbstprüfung nach Arbeitsanweisung im zugewiesenen Bereich

• Information an den Vorgesetzten bei kritischer Abweichungen und Terminüberschreitungen

• regelmäßige Schulung der ihm unterstellten Mitarbeiter

• Kontrolle und Durchsetzung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

• Du kannst Teams zielorientiert leiten und hast bereits Erfahrung als Führungskraft

• Du besitzt eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, einen hohen Grad an Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke

• Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
