You'll lead sales operations business services delivery across a broad portfolio, governing workflow management, service request resolution, and data quality at scale. Establishing service quality standards, leading major process improvement and simplification programmes, and overseeing knowledge management frameworks are core responsibilities. You'll manage senior stakeholder relationships, lead and develop operations services teams, address complex escalations, and influence how service delivery capabilities are built and sustained across the sales organisation. Shaping the tools, processes, and standards that define operations services excellence is part of the role.
