key responsibilities
- Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact through excellent know how (high part of FCR );
- Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone;
- Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty;
- Receiving incoming customer calls;
- Customer advice on all services and offers;
- Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales;
- Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and quantitative aspects;
- Management of administrative issues related to administrative changes, invoicing and complaints.
