  • Shape Supply Strategies & Budgeting: Collaborate with leadership to define specialized supply strategies for non-standard products and own the variable cost budgeting process for CMO projects.
  • Oversee End-to-End Financials & Systems: Manage pre- and post-production packaging orders in the ERP system, issue Purchase Orders, review and approve invoices, and ensure full alignment in SAP.
  • Track KPIs & Represent the Function: Define, monitor, and report key CMO performance metrics while representing the clinical packaging function in global cross-functional processes like CD&OP.
  • Foster Capability & Capacity Building: Work closely with CMO partners to ensure long-term production capacity, alignment on operational expectations, and cross-functional synergy with internal Roche teams.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify efficiency opportunities, drive digital/process innovations, and solve complex supply chain challenges.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Supply Chain Professional: You bring a BA/BS degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a technical field) along with 5+ years of experience in the pharma industry, clinical supply chain, or contract manufacturing.
  • Strong Project Leader & Decision Maker: You have proven expertise in project management (APICS, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus) and a track record of driving complex initiatives independently with sound judgment.
  • Systems & SAP Proficient: You hold solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and a strong eye for detail.
