Supermac’s is a company with a progressive vision and is currently inviting candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Store Manager for our Headford Town Co, Galway.

Please note: This position is based in Headford Town , approximately 16 miles (26 km) from Galway City. Applicants must have their own reliable transport or live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Do not apply if you live in Galway City and do not have access to a car, as daily commuting by bus is not suitable for this position.
**Full availability is required from Monday to Sunday.**
As Assistant Manager, you will report to and provide ongoing support to the Store to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for the unit. You will work as part of a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.
Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
Supervise team members' daily activities and ensure that necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team.
Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Fast Food industry is required.
Demonstrate excellent people management skills
Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
Be passionate about Customer Service
Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times, especially when in the public eye.
You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role
Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
