Gestion des opérations et résolution d’incidents Garantie du respect des services Identification d'opportunités d'automatisation des activités de support Tes compétences 1 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les opérations de réseau Bonnes connaissances des fondamentaux réseau (routing & switching), ainsi que WLAN, niveau CCNA à CCNP ou compétences équivalentes selon l’expérience Connaissances dans les domaines suivants: Firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet), NAC (ISE), Proxy (ZScaler), PAM (Wallix), Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer Autonome et proactif Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral Résident en Suisse Nous t’offrons la possibilité de travailler dans l’un de nos bureaux en Suisse ou à ton domicile.
