We know great results come from our people feeling valued, getting the support they need to reach their full potential as well as bring their whole self to work. We also recognise that enduring, meaningful relationships with communities are fundamental to maintaining our licence to operate.
Technology and innovation are essential to our long-term sustainability. We are growing our carbon and new energy businesses using technology to reduce emissions and the carbon footprint of our products. We are working to improving energy efficiency, offset emissions, reduce emissions intensity and explore options for lower-carbon energy. Woodside led the development of the LNG industry in Australia and is applying this same pioneering spirit to solving future energy challenges.
Woodside is building for the future of energy, and our Marketing & Trading business is entering an exciting period of growth. As we continue to expand our global trading capability, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, engage and secure the specialist talent that will shape this next chapter.
Based in Singapore, you will support our Marketing & Trading hubs in Singapore, London and Houston by providing market intelligence, proactive sourcing strategies and talent pools across trading, commercial, analytics, risk and specialist front, middle and back-office capabilities. You will also share global trading talent insights with Talent Acquisition colleagues to support regional Marketing & Trading sourcing for Perth and Houston, where local teams will lead execution.
This is a hands-on strategic talent role. You will stay close to candidates and external markets while advising senior stakeholders on external talent availability, competitor activity and remuneration insights.
This opportunity is initially offered on a two-year fixed-term contract.
Woodside’s Marketing & Trading business has an ambitious growth agenda, with talent central to its success. In this role, you will influence how Woodside competes for scarce specialist capability in global trading markets and help build the foundations for future growth.
You will join a values-led organisation with the scale, ambition and resources to make a meaningful impact. The role offers exposure to senior decision-makers, scope to shape workforce build-out decisions, and the opportunity to create lasting talent pipelines in a business area that is critical to Woodside’s long-term strategy.
You are a commercially astute Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working close to the market and close to the business. You bring credibility with senior stakeholders, curiosity about trading and commodities markets, and the confidence to build sourcing strategies where capability is emerging and demand is evolving.
You will be at your best in this role if you are insight-led, proactive and relationship-driven. You will already have experience recruiting in energy, commodities, trading, or commercial environments in the Singapore market, and you will be comfortable engaging talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking and candidate relationship building as well as leveraging agencies and managing performance against metrics.
