You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Investigations and will work on a Hybrid work schedule in one of these locations: Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell by leading and managing a team of investigators to conduct security investigations, including theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents. You will develop and implement investigation strategies and protocols to ensure thorough and effective investigations. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Legal, and Compliance, to gather information and evidence for investigations. You will conduct interviews with employees, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and statements. You will collect and analyze evidence, including reviewing surveillance footage, financial records, and other relevant documents. You will prepare detailed investigation reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions. You will collaborate with law enforcement agencies, as necessary, to support criminal investigations and prosecutions. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security investigation techniques and tools. You will provide guidance and support to security staff and other employees on security-related matters. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security investigations.
The annual base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $126,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
