As a Regional Service Technician for JENSEN-GROUP, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch sales support and technical service solutions to our valued clients within your designated region. This position requires a unique blend of technical know-how, customer service excellence, and the ability to drive service sales through effective problem-solving and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent maintenance and problem-solving skills. They must demonstrate flexibility with a hands-on approach and a positive attitude to deal with a wide variety of tasks and a willingness to work overtime, including weekends at various customers sites throughout the country. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting edge equipment in a fast-paced environment. In-house and on-the-job training will be given to the right candidates.

Function: Technician Apply

Responsibilities

Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial laundry equipment.

Installation and commissioning of new machines

Field based, customer focused, working with clients throughout United States

Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales for our range of products and services

Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, service interventions, customer interactions, ensuring all activities are properly documented and reported.

We would prefer you to have the following skills

Experience working on commercial laundry equipment or in another FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Fault finding and diagnostic skills in Electrical, hydraulic, Pneumatic, and general maintenance and repairs in automated equipment

Ability to read and work with electrical and hydraulic schematics

Good problem solving and diagnostic skills

To be familiar with all aspects of Windows and Microsoft office

Full US driving licence / US resident

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-first approach, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally beyond

Ability to work under pressure
