The Transformation project Co-ordinator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in the new systems. This role supports the transformation project across 3 onboarding deadlines. Ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility, contributing to efficient workflow and informed decision-making during the project is key for this role.
Enter and update information from old system to new system and updating spreadsheets ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Review new and existing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Resolve discrepancies and obtain further details for incomplete records.
Organize, categorize, and maintain records for easy retrieval. Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and eliminate duplicates.
Generate reports based on data queries and provide requested information to authorized team members.
Implement proper security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality in line with company policies.
Communicate with team members and other departments to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
High level of accuracy in data entry and ability to spot errors quickly.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication for collaborating with colleagues and reporting issues.
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and process issues efficiently.
Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements.
Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role preferred, especially within retail, FMCG, or media agency environments.
