About the role

Services Operations Process Documentation Leader

Join the global Service Operations organization and play a key role in defining, documenting, and continuously improving how teams work across the world.

As the Services Operations Process Documentation Leader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the global process documentation and quality framework, creating a single source of truth for operational processes.

You will partner with Global Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure processes are documented, governed, communicated, and continuously improved.

What You'll Do

Process Documentation & Governance

  • Build and maintain the Service Operations process architecture and documentation framework.
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops with global stakeholders.
  • Create clear, consistent, and high-quality process documentation.
  • Manage document governance, version control, and change management.
  • Ensure alignment across end-to-end operational processes.

Process Maturity & Compliance

  • Develop and deploy process maturity assessments.
  • Conduct reviews to measure adherence to documented processes.
  • Identify process gaps and drive corrective action plans.
  • Support quality and compliance initiatives, including ISO readiness.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and consistency.

Training & Community Development

  • Train Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts on documentation standards and governance.
  • Build and maintain a global process documentation community.
  • Promote sharing of best practices across countries and regions.
  • Track and report process improvement initiatives and benefits.
  • Drive simplification through digital solutions, automation, and AI-enabled approaches.

Who will be successful?

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in service operations, project environments, engineering, or operational excellence roles.
  • Experience in process improvement, process mapping, value stream analysis, and process documentation.
  • Experience working in global and matrix organizations with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and process governance frameworks.
  • Experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, or process adherence assessments.

Preferred

  • PMP certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
  • ISO Auditor certification
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise service management and ERP platforms
